Just steps away from the lake, this house is full of cottage charm and character. The three-seasons porch has floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of our gorgeous Petite Lake for morning coffee or relaxing afternoon. After a long day on the lake, head back to the cottage and end the night with a steam shower or whirlpool tub in the spa room.

With five bedrooms*, two bathrooms, and one spa room, you will not be disappointed with the spectacular views and amenities. The large kitchen, island and dining room overlook the lake and have plenty of space for all.

Free paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, floating picnic table, water volleyball and floats are down on the beach, which is a short walk down the stairs. They're available on a first come, first serve basis. The large rooftop deck, piers, beach, tree library, and herb garden for free for all guests, too!

The Coral Cottage

The Coral Cottage is a charming two bedroom, one bathroom property. Bedroom one has a comfortable queen bed. All quilts and linens are professionally laundered between guests. The second bedroom a twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle which makes for three individual beds. A queen sized sleeper sofa can be found in the living room. Spare linens and blankets are provided for the sleeper.

This cottage is one level with no stairs inside. The cottage is fully stocked with all the essentials in both the kitchen and bathroom. You can expect full sized shampoo and conditioner, bath and beach towels, and basic coffee necessities for your morning cup of joe! The dining area is a breakfast bar with stools.

Your private outdoor space at the Coral Cottage includes the yard (with future plans to be fenced in), fire pit, gas grill, a picnic table, and additional patio furniture.

This is a pet friendly unit for up to two dogs. There is an additional pet fee of $50 for deep cleaning.

Guests in Coral Cottage have full resort access, including the free beach, rooftop deck, piers, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, water volleyball, and lake toys. There is a free little library in a tree (bring books to leave behind!) along with a communal herb garden.

This charming 2 BR, 1 BA cottage is affectionally called, "The Little Lodge". This cozy cottage is just steps away from the beach on Petite Lake.
"The Little Lodge" has original cypress wood (just like our main Lodge) and 2 lovely bedrooms, a full living room with a sleeper sofa, and a sparkling eat-in, well-equipped kitchen. Just outside is a magical fairy garden with a private grill and fire pit.

The Lodge

This beautiful and spacious lakefront lodge has views, charm and wonderful amenities. Enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful sunrise from your private deck right over the water. Spend your days on the lake with the beach just steps away. End the night with a bonfire or movie in the comfortable great room.

The property boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with stand up showers, and has space to sleep 10-12 guests. In the off-season, there is a full ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom to provide a third bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the private deck over the water makes for a true lakefront getaway.

There are two large seating areas in the great room that provide plenty of seating and comfort for everyone! One pit of couches sits in front of a large flat-screen TV and the other sits in front of the real wood-burning fireplace. Firewood delivery available. Just steps outside your sliding glass door is access to the beach and all of the free lake toys and amenities including kayaks and paddle boards.

The Tiny House

This charming and unique 400 square foot tiny house sleeps 5 and is loaded with amenities. A full sized kitchen and bathroom make for a comfortable yet adventurous getaway. Play all day on the lake and beach and enjoy a comfortable night's stay in this sweet house with 1 bedroom, 2 lofts with double beds, and a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a twin sized bed. 

Recently added, the Tiny House has a new sliding glass door that opens to your private back deck. The deck has a patio set with an umbrella and a gas grill. Propane is provided along with grilling tools. With the push of a button outside, you can turn on string lights that wrap around. You get glimpses of Petite Lake right from the privacy of your back deck!

Guests also have access to many free amenities: beach, piers, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, floats, water volleyball, and much more! There is a rooftop deck is available for everyone to use if it's not rented for a private event. If you are interested in hosting a private event, please inquire on our website. *The lofts are accessed by telescopic ladders and are not recommended for young children without parental supervision. 

*We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. You'll see lots of chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too!

*The beach is accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.

*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces.

*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is very busy on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.

The Yacht

Spacious and comfortable, the yacht sleeps up to 8 guests with two private bedrooms, a queen sized futon, a dinette that converts to another queen bed, three bathrooms*, a kitchenette, and living room! Although the yacht can sleep 8, we recommend 4 adults comfortably. 5-8 guests is recommended if there are kids in the group and you're okay with getting cozy.

The Yacht sits on the gorgeous shoreline of Petite Lake, which is part of the Chain O'Lakes. Sitting atop the yacht, the sunrise from the east is breathtaking. Mornings on the lake are peaceful and serene. By the afternoon, the lake becomes active with boats, fishing, and beach fun.

The beach and large rooftop deck provide different places to relax on land with plenty of free amenities. The rooftop deck overlooks the lake and has comfortable patio furniture, a grill, griddle and tiki bar. There is a mini refrigerator on the rooftop deck for Yacht guests to use while grilling and hanging out to lessen the need for coming and going from the boat.
