  A sidewalk from the parking lot leads directly to these stairs. There are about 30. Main entry to the lodge is the door on the righthand side. There is another sliding glass door and back door on the deck as well.

  Communal rooftop deck that is open for all to use unless there is a private event.

  Herbs for all! Our herb garden is full of parsley, mint, basil and sage. Add it to your food and beverages at your leisure.

  Newly built fireplace on the rooftop deck. It is a real wood-burning fireplace. It's available on a first come, first serve basis unless the space is otherwise reserved. Bring your own firewood or order delivery from us!

  When the lake freezes in the winter we create an ice rink! Bring skates or boots and enjoy the outdoors. Ice fishing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing- there is plenty to do! Cozy up by the wood-burning fire place afterwards.

  Wilmot Mountain is 10 miles away. Skiing, snowboarding, and tubing are available. Individual & family lessons, a warm bar, and many different runs are available. Warm up with a steam shower in the Lodge afterwards!

  Ski, snowboard, tube, ice skate and do all the family-friendly winter activities right by The Cottages on Petite Lake at Wilmot Mountain. Grand Geneva Mountain is also 40 minutes away!

Renovated in 2019, this beautiful and spacious lakefront lodge has views, charm, and wonderful amenities. The original cypress wood walls fill The Lodge with old cottage charm that has been blended with modern amenities. It's a classic lake house directly on the water- you can't get any closer!

The property boasts four bedrooms, two luxurious full baths, and has space to sleep 10-12 guests. In the off-season, there is a full ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom to provide a third bathroom. The bedrooms arrangements are:

Bedroom 1- king bed + queen sleeper sofa

Bedroom 2- queen bed + twin-over-full bunk

Bedroom 3- full bed

Bedroom 4- queen bed

*There are four couches in the great room and three twin rollaway beds that can be moved into any room or the common area. Please note that they are not the most cushioned or comfortable setup for adults- they are primarily used with children. Air mattress available upon request.

Two large seating areas in the great room provide plenty of seating and comfort for everyone! One pit of couches sits in front of a large flat screen smart TV for you to login to all of your applications. Another pit of sofas sits in front of a real wood-burning fireplace. Firewood delivery available or you can bring your own.

Just steps outside the sliding glass door is access to the beach and all of the free amenities: kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, floating picnics table, water volleyball, piers (fishing allowed), the beach, and lots of floats. Use of the rooftop deck above the lodge is also free along with the little tree library, herb garden, and more. 

A new high-performance Lowe Tritoon boat is available for rental as well. Reach out for more info!

Important things to note:

*We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. Be prepared to see chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too!

*The beach and The Lodge are accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.

*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rentals or the outdoor yard spaces.

*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is much busier on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.

*The rooftop deck above The Lodge is a shared space, unless rented privately. The blue deck attached to The Lodge is private.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $65.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
