  The kitchen area has a Keurig, water cooler, microwave, mini fridge and freezer. Basic kitchen supplies and cookware and grilling tools are provided along with charcoal for the grill and coffee, sugar, and vanilla creamer.

  The old steering column is still installed and adds to the unique boating feel. The houseboat does not leave the pier.

  The houseboat is still festive, even at nighttime! Just beyond the pier on the beach is a private firepit. Bring your own firewood, or order delivery from us!

  Amazing views from the rooftop deck of the marina next door. The sky at sunset is stunning! The restrooms are located in the blue & white striped building, about 30 yards down the beach.

  The rocking chairs on the front porch are the best spot on the property for a sunrise and a cup of coffee. (You can see how close the bathrooms are from this picture. They are in the blue and white building.)

  The "Bar Docks" were built by us, and have been a huge hit! More seating has been added.

  A sidewalk directly from the parking lot leads to these stairs. Just beyond the wall is where you access the lake, beach, piers, and houseboat!

  Rooftop deck! Available for all guests to use unless reserved for a private gathering. While the houseboat does not have Wifi, houseboat guests have access to Wifi up here.

  Herbs for all! Our herb garden is full of parsley, mint, basil and sage. Add it to your food and beverages at your leisure.

  Newly built fireplace on the rooftop deck. It is a real wood-burning fireplace. It's available on a first come, first serve basis unless the space is otherwise reserved. Bring your own firewood or order delivery from us!

Can you picture yourself waking up to a gorgeous sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the water gently brushing against the pontoon? If so, look no further! This unique experience is perfect for solo trip, a best friend getaway, or a couple's retreat.

This is an experience many would call "glamping", or glamorous camping. Please read the listing thoroughly to understand the layout of the boat, bathrooms and accessibility. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like clarification. This is an experience for the laidback and adventurous! 

*We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. You'll see lots of chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too!

*The beach is accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.

*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces.

*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is very busy on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.

*This is a no pets property. Any reviews that reference pets are for a property we no longer rent.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $65.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
