  Living room/bedroom 1. The light gray sofa is an IKEA sleeper sofa. The long side lifts up and has storage for linens, blankets, and pillows. The doors close and lock for privacy and also connects to the spa room.

  Spa room. The jacuzzi tub steam shower is brand new and so luxurious! The spa room can be entered from the living room/bedroom, or it has a separate entrance in the hallway to allow for privacy.

  Bathroom 2 has a standard shower stall with no tub. Fully stocked with toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and a hair dryer. Everything you need in a little bathroom!

  Bedroom 4 has an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. We guarantee an excellent night of sleep!

  Gorgeous direct lake views in this charming three seasons porch! It's directly off the kitchen and dining room and has a sliding door to access to deck. All of the lake-facing windows have screens and can open completely.

  Sunroom exits to the private deck that also overlooks the lake. Private grill and fire pit in the back yard along with a picnic table and plenty of seats for everyone!

  Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, iceskating and all the family-friendly winter activities are right by The Cottages on Petite Lake at Wilmot Mountain, about 10 miles away. Grand Geneva Mountain is 27 miles, or 40 minutes.

  A sidewalk directly from the front door of the Bluff House leads to these stairs. Just beyond this wall is where you access the lake, beach, and piers!

  Newly built fireplace on the rooftop deck. It is a real wood-burning fireplace. It's available on a first come, first serve basis unless the space is otherwise reserved. Bring your own firewood or order delivery from us!

  This is a map of the property. The Bluff House is lakefront facing and is the middle building. A private fire pit, grill, and sitting area are in the backyard it has very quick access to the lake via the stairs.

This house on the bluff is full of cottage charm and is just steps away from the lake and beach! With a charming three seasons porch that has floor-to-ceiling windows, you have sweeping views of our gorgeous Petite Lake for morning coffee or an afternoon of relaxing. After a long day on the lake, head back to the cottage and end the night with a steam shower or whirlpool tub in the spa room.

With five bedrooms*, two bathrooms, one spa room and a gorgeous sunroom that overlooks the lake, you will not be disappointed with the spectacular views and amenities. The large kitchen, island and dining room overlook the lake and have plenty of space for all.

Free paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, floating picnic table, water volleyball and floats are down on the beach, which is a short walk down a flight of stairs. They're available on a first come, first serve basis. The large rooftop deck, piers, beach, tree library, and herb garden for free for all guests, too!

Things to note:

*Please pay close attention to the sleeping arrangements as two bedrooms have sleeper sofas or can just be used as living room spaces.

*We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. You'll see lots of chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too!

*We aim to make the property more affordable for single families which is reflected in the base price. Extra guest fees may apply.

*The beach is accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.

*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces.

*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is very busy on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $65.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
