  Living room/bedroom 5. The light gray sofa is an IKEA sleeper sofa. The long side lifts up and has storage for linens, blankets, and pillows. The doors close and lock for privacy and also connects to the spa room.

  Spa room. The jacuzzi tub steam shower is brand new and so luxurious! The spa room can be entered from the living room/bedroom, or it has a separate entrance in the hallway to allow for privacy.

  Bathroom 2 has a standard shower stall with no tub. Fully stocked with toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and a hair dryer. Everything you need in a little bathroom!

  Bedroom 1 has an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. We guarantee an excellent night of sleep!

  The beach! Our property has a private beachfront. The kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat and floats are free to use for our guests. First come, first serve.

  The "Bar Docks" were built by us, and have been a huge hit! More seating has been added.

  Herbs for all! Our herb garden is full of parsley, mint, basil and sage. Add it to your food and beverages at your leisure.

  A sidewalk directly from the front door of the Bluff House leads to these stairs. Just beyond this wall is where you access the lake, beach, and piers!

  This is a map of the property. The Bluff House is lakefront facing and is the middle building. A private fire pit, grill, and sitting area are in the backyard it has very quick access to the lake via the stairs.

This package for 8 people includes 2 night minimum lodging at The Cottages on Petite Lake, 2 18-hole rounds of golf (with cart) w/$50 food voucher/person at Valley Ridge Golf Course, and 4 hours of boating on the Chain O'Lakes on a high performance Tritoon.

Lodging: The Bluff House at The Cottages on Petite Lake
This house on the bluff is full of cottage charm and is just steps away from the lake and beach! With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, one spa room and a gorgeous sunroom that overlooks the lake, you will not be disappointed with the spectacular views and amenities. The large kitchen, island and dining room overlook the lake and have plenty of space for all. After a long day on the course or lake, head back to the cottage and end the night with a steam shower or hop in the hot tub overlooking the lake. The yard is fully fenced.

Free paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, floating picnic table, water volleyball and floats are down on the beach, which is a short walk down a flight of stairs. They're available on a first come, first serve basis. The large rooftop deck, piers, beach, tree library, and herb garden for free for all guests, too!

Golf: 18 holes at the Valley Ridge Golf Course
Included in this package are 18 holes of golf with cart and a $50 food voucher/person.

Boating: Enjoy 4 hours on the Chain O'Lakes in a high-performance tritoon boat.

THINGS TO NOTE:

*The beach is accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.

*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces.

*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is very busy on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.

*This is a pet friendly unit with a fully fenced yard. Pet fee is $50 for 1 dog, $75 for 2. Maximum of two pets.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $65.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
