The Rooftop Deck overlooks all of Petite Lake and has stunning views. It is used for weddings, parties, family reunions, memorials, live bands and more. It is a versatile space that can be used for many events!

The rental of the deck includes all of the existing patio furniture. There is an assortment of patio tables, chairs, chaise lounges, and side tables. A grill, griddle and mini fridge are also included.

If you are hosting a wedding or large event that requires our patio furniture to be moved, there will be an hourly rate to pay our staff to do so. This may not be done by outside companies or on your own, unless approved by the hosts. 

There is a permanent outdoor fireplace and tiki bar on the rooftop. There are Italian string lines above the rooftop on a dimmer that can be controlled by your group. They are plenty bright to light up the night or be dimmed to set the mood.

A semi-permanent tent is available that covers over half of the rooftop. It is a classic white event tent that is extra tall and has sides that can be put up or down. It is fire retardant for safety measures. We need 24-48 hours notice if you would like the tent to be up or down for your event. Last minute requests for addition/removal of the tent may result in additional fees to pay staff.

It should be noted that there are no restrooms on the rooftop or nearby. We require that at least one cottage is rented in conjunction with the rooftop for restrooms and indoor space. For large events such as weddings, all cottages must be rented to assure privacy. The prevents other guests from utilizing the space and walking around the property during your event.

Vendors such as DJs, caterers, photographers, etc must be approved by hosts first. Event insurance may be required.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
