  The second bedroom has a sliding door that walks directly out to the wrap-around deck. The comfortable daybed can be two twins, or popped up to convert to a king. Conversion kit located under the bed.

  This day bed can be two twins, or popped up to become one king sized bed. There is a twin/king conversion kit to eliminate the crack down the middle if desired. Located in a storage bin under the bed. Pictures here: the king bed.

  Pet friendly unit! All pups welcome. These are our dogs, Montana and Triscuit. Montana ("Tana" for short) is our resort pup and can be found around the property a few days a week. Fully fenced in yard coming soon!

  The parking lot area at the top of the hill. The Yellow Cottage is located further down the driveway and has more privacy away from the cottages. Super short walk (less than a minute) to get to the beach, rooftop deck, and common areas.

  Winter at the lake is still a ton of fun! Weather permitting, we plow a rink on the ice, have heated igloos on the rooftop and are very close to Wilmot Mountain for skiing, snowboarding and tubing.

  This cottage is the bright yellow one at the entrance of the driveway. There is a short walk (about 1 minute) up to the lake, beach, and rooftop deck.

This charming yellow cottage has 2 bedrooms, a cozy loft and one full bath. Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway: a well-stocked kitchen, bath essentials, wrap-around deck and private yard with a grill and fire pit. More pictures coming soon!

Free resort amenities include: the beach and pier, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, floating picnic table, water volleyball, large rooftop deck, herb garden, library in a tree, & more!

Rental boat available too- just ask for more info!

-This cottage does not have direct lake views, but is just a quick walk up the driveway to access the beach, docks and rooftop deck with stunning lake views.

-The Yellow Cottage has a private grill and fire pit, but there’s also a grill, griddle and outdoor fireplace available for everyone on the rooftop unless it’s rented for a private event.

-The cottage has a split AC/heat system that is controlled with an app. The front door has a coded entry. We will pass that information along during check in.

-This is a pet-friendly cottage. There is an additional cleaning fee of $50/pet. Please only bring friendly, well-behaved dogs as this is a resort and other people may be around.

-Dogs may not be left alone, especially outside, in common areas, or in the cottage. If left alone in the cottage, a crate is mandatory.

-Pets must be kept on a leash when outside and they are not allowed on the beach or in shared spaces, unless everyone in that space is okay with it. As much as we might love dogs, not everyone does. Please be considerate of those with allergies or fears.

-Pick up after your pet every single time. Poop bags provided!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $65.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
