  Loft 1 is above the kitchen. It has a foldable sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed. Linens, blanket and pillows are stored in the galvanized bucket. It has a light switch, outlets, a safety railing and portable fan.

  Telescopic ladder to get into loft 2. The door at the end of the hallway is the master bedroom. The bathroom is on the righthand side (door can't be seen in photo).

  Loft 2. The bed starts as a folded sofa and can be unfolded into a double bed. Linens, blanket and pillows provided in the galvanized bucket.

  Loft 2. Light switch, outlets, and personal fan are in the loft.

  Master bedroom. With a really comfortable queen sized mattress, you are bound to get a good night of sleep! The door closes and locks for privacy. A personal fan is in the cabinet along with a pop up laundry hamper.

  The bed has an elevated frame to store luggage and personal items underneath.

  Master bedroom. There are some exposed nobs and hoses for the water system on the ceiling.

This charming and unique 400 square foot tiny house sleeps 5 and is loaded with amenities. A full sized kitchen and bathroom make for a comfortable yet adventurous getaway. Play all day on the lake and beach and enjoy a comfortable night's stay in this sweet house with 1 bedroom, 2 lofts with double beds, and a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a twin sized bed. 

Recently added, the Tiny House has a new sliding glass door that opens to your private back deck. The deck has a patio set with an umbrella and a gas grill. Propane is provided along with grilling tools. With the push of a button outside, you can turn on string lights that wrap around. You get glimpses of Petite Lake right from the privacy of your back deck!

Guests also have access to many free amenities: beach, piers, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, floats, water volleyball, and much more! There is a rooftop deck is available for everyone to use if it's not rented for a private event. If you are interested in hosting a private event, please inquire on our website. These resort amenities are all shared and are first come, first serve.

*The lofts are accessed by telescopic ladders and are not recommended for young children without parental supervision. 

*We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. You'll see lots of chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too!

*The beach is accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.

*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces.

*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is very busy on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $65.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
