Full Resort Rental

$3,500-3,650/night

This rental is for the entire resort to be exclusive for your group for 2+ nights. The resort can sleep 50-55 people, including sleeper sofas. The following properties are included:

The Lodge (sleeps 10-12)

The Bluff House (sleeps 10-12)

The Cozy Crooked Cottage (sleeps 8-10)

The Yacht (sleeps 4-8)

The Yellow Cottage (sleeps 4-6)

The Tiny House (sleeps 3-5)

The Houseboat (sleeps 2)

 

The rooftop deck is available for casual mingling. To host a wedding, party, or other event, there is an additional charge. Please consult the hosts for more information. 

Prior to arrival, the hosts will need:

  • A final guest count for each cottage
  • Contact information for a guest staying in each cottage (First and last name, email, and phone number)
  • The primary renter to distribute check in/check out information to their guests as appropriate for each cottage

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
